Technical Warm-Up (10–15 min) – ball mastery, passing patterns, activation drills
Small-Sided Activity (15–20 min) – 2v2, 3v3, or rondos to maximize touches
Expanded Activity (20–25 min) – larger field exercises focusing on team play and transitions
Scrimmage (20–25 min) – full game with guided coaching points and free play
